The M5 Series Servo System by Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation offers high-speed, high-precision control through pulse/analog or EtherCAT network options. With IP65 protection and optional features like oil seals and brakes, it ensures robust performance. Embedded position controls with up to 64 index tables provide versatile positioning options, while the built-in EtherCAT Interface enables 100BASE-TX Ethernet communication with real-time capabilities and precise synchronisation. Additional features include Modbus RTU Protocol for parameter management and intelligent controls such as notch filters for resonance suppression and FFT function for frequency analysis. Easy to configure and use, the system includes a PC tool for setup and tuning, automatic inertia estimation for simplified gain tuning, and a rotary switch for drive node address configuration. CE certified, the M5 Series meets international safety standards.
